by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 It was relatively easy to shop this site. The purchases are Christmas gifts and have not been opened/used yet, so hopefully there will not be a return, but that is unknown at this point.

by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 Never received the free slotRadio card('Oldies' was out of stock) offered with the Sansa 2GB Clip Plus. Cust. svc. claimed the card had to be purchased w/the Sansa & that it was a 1-day promo. Nowhere in the promo details did it say that. Disappointed.

by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 They don't say that it won't ship as soon as the order is recieved and the product is in stock. I got a notice that it was in stock and would be shipped the day after I orderd it. But here it is 10 days later and it still isn't at the store.

by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 I was very pleased with the order that I purchased.However I was not satisfied with the delivery of my order.This order is a Christmas present and the shipping company just left it on my doorstep due to the fact that I wasn't home.I'm glad no one took it.
