by Online Shopper, Nov 26, 2009 I received my package with the incorrect merchandise. I immediately called and the customer rep said they would sent the correct merchandise immediately. They did as I received the correct merchandise within the 5 working days.

by Online Shopper, Nov 24, 2009 P&H needs to get after UPS for being slacking in their delivery, I had to call to tell them that I was not a business and that when they said they had attempted a delivery the business was closed. they then delivered correctly but VERY LATE the Next day

by Online Shopper, Nov 23, 2009 It is nearly impossible to track and confirm order status through the web site. When I call customer service, they aren't able to do so either. This package finally arrived at my post office on November 20. Ship date was November 3?????????
